Michael Carroll
Michael Owen Carroll is an Irish writer born in 1966, best known for his superhero novel series The New Heroes (called Quantum Prophecy in the US) and his work writing Judge Dredd for 2000 AD. He is a Dublin-based author of over forty books across multiple genres including young adult fiction, graphic novels, and romantic fiction.
