Michael A. Wulder
Michael A. Wulder is a Research Scientist at the Canadian Forest Service's Pacific Forestry Centre in Victoria, British Columbia, specializing in forest inventory, analysis, remote sensing, and spatial data for forest monitoring and reporting.[1][2][3] He earned a B.Sc. (Honours in Geography) from the University of Calgary in 1995, an M.E.S. from the University of Waterloo in 1996, and a Ph.D. in Geography from the University of Waterloo in 1998, joining the Canadian Forest Service that year.[1][2] In recognition of his internationally acclaimed innovations in remote sensing for land cover mapping and monitoring, he was appointed a Member of the Order of Canada.[3]
