Mei-whei Chen

Mei-Whei Chen is a Professor Emeritus of Counselor Education at Northeastern Illinois University and a licensed clinical psychologist with a private practice in Chicago, IL. She is the author of 'Group Leadership Skills: Interpersonal Process in Group Counseling and Therapy' and 'Individual Counseling and Therapy: Skills and Techniques,' and has received multiple Faculty Excellence Awards and the Beverly Brown Award for Group Counseling. She holds a Ph.D. in Counselor Education from Indiana University and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Iowa State University.
