Megh R Goyal

Megh R. Goyal is an Indian-born engineer, professor, and Methodist pastor renowned as the 'Father of Irrigation Engineering in Puerto Rico for the 20th Century' for his pioneering work in irrigation, evapotranspiration, climatology, soil, and water engineering. He served as a retired professor of agricultural and biomedical engineering at the University of Puerto Rico - Mayaguez Campus and is senior editor-in-chief for Apple Academic Press. Goyal, married to pastor Subhadra Goyal, has authored numerous books on innovations in agricultural and biological engineering.
