Meg Cabot
Meggin Patricia Cabot, born February 1, 1967, in Bloomington, Indiana, is an American novelist best known for her young adult series The Princess Diaries, which was adapted into Disney films.[1][3] She has authored over 80 novels for young adults and adults, including the Mediator series and Heather Wells mysteries, with books sold in over 38 countries.[1][4] After graduating from Indiana University with a fine arts degree and working at NYU, she now lives in Key West, Florida, with her husband and cats.[3][4]
