Mauro Cappelletti

Mauro Cappelletti was an Italian jurist and academic known for his influential work in comparative procedural law, constitutional review, European law, and comparative law. He taught at the University of Florence, served as rector of the European University Institute, and also taught at Stanford University.[1][2]
