Maurice Kogan

Maurice Kogan was a British civil servant, educator, political scientist, and author best known for his work on government, social administration, and higher education. He served at the Department of Education and Science from 1953 to 1967 and later became Professor of Government and Public Administration at Brunel University, where he was emeritus professor.[1][2]
