Maureen Schulman ,

Maureen Schulman is an award-winning publicist and photographer based in Chicago. She has been involved with Eli’s Cheesecake from its beginning, helping launch the company at the first Taste of Chicago in 1980, and currently serves as director of public relations for the company. She is also president of The Happiness Club board and has served as an Obama presidential appointee to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum board.
