Maureen Johnson is a #1 New York Times and USA Today bestselling author of young adult fiction, known for novels like 13 Little Blue Envelopes, Suite Scarlett, The Name of the Star, and the Truly Devious series.[1][2][5] She has collaborated on works such as Let It Snow with John Green and Lauren Myracle, and projects in the Shadowhunter universe with Cassandra Clare, and holds an MFA in Writing from Columbia University.[1][4][5] Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she now lives in New York City.[4][5]
