Matthias C Kettemann

Matthias C. Kettemann is an Austrian legal scholar and professor of innovation, theory, and philosophy of law at the University of Innsbruck. His work focuses on internet law, digital governance, artificial intelligence, and the regulation of online spaces. He studied law in Graz, Geneva, and at Harvard Law School, and later earned his doctorate and habilitation in legal scholarship.
