Master Zhongxian Wu

Master Zhongxian Wu is a lifelong Daoist practitioner and lineage holder of four Chinese traditions: Wudang Dragon Gate Qigong, Emei Zhengong Qigong, Dai Family Heart Method martial arts, and Wudang He Taiji Quan.[1][2][3] Born in a traditional fishing village on China's eastern shore in Zhejiang Province, he began practicing Qigong and Taiji in childhood to strengthen his health and started teaching in 1988 after being recruited by a regional Qigong association.[1][2][4] A graduate of XiDian University, he worked as an aerospace engineer before authoring 14-15 books (5 in Chinese) and instructing thousands of students worldwide in Chinese wisdom traditions.[4][7][8]
