Mary Valle

Mary Valle is an Australian author born to Greek immigrant parents in Melbourne, where she was immersed in Greek cultural and culinary traditions from a young age, learning traditional recipes from her mother. She is the author of best-selling cookbooks including My Greek Kitchen, My Mediterranean Kitchen, and Everyday Mediterranean. Mary now teaches Mediterranean-style cooking and co-runs foodie tours in Melbourne, sharing her passion for food.
