Mary S. Wood

Mary S. Wood is a British novelist known for emotionally driven historical and family fiction, including titles such as All I Have to Give, In Their Mother's Footsteps, and Brighter Days Ahead. Born the thirteenth of fifteen children, she grew up in poverty in postwar England, worked in office and probation-service roles, and began writing in 1989 before finding success through self-publishing.
