Mary S. Ryzuk
Mary Scarfeo Ryzuk, Ph.D. (1932-2017) was an American author, playwright, and theater director known for her true-crime books such as 'The Gainesville Ripper' and works like the novel 'The Fires Within' and the screenplay 'Stuffed Dolls.' Born in the Bronx, New York, she earned BA, MA, and Ph.D. degrees in Theater, founded theater companies including the Parsippany Playhouse, and received awards like the 2005 New Jersey A.C.T. Perry Award for Lifetime Achievement.[1][2][3]
