Mary Randolph

Mary Randolph was a Southern American cook and writer best known for *The Virginia House-Wife; Or, Methodical Cook* (1824), one of the most influential 19th-century housekeeping and cookbooks. Her work is considered the first regional American cookbook and helped shape Virginia and Southern cuisine.
