Mary Matalin

Mary Joe Matalin (born August 19, 1953) is an American political consultant, strategist, author, and commentator renowned for her roles in Republican administrations, including service under Presidents Ronald Reagan and George W. Bush, as well as counselor to Vice President Dick Cheney.[1][2][3] She co-authored books with her husband, Democrat James Carville, such as 'All's Fair: Love, War, and Running for President,' and hosted political shows like CNN's 'Crossfire.'[5] In 2016, she switched her party affiliation to Libertarian.[1][6]
