Mary Lide

Mary Lide (1932-2013) was a British historian, poet, and award-winning novelist born in Cornwall, UK. She received her MA from Oxford University and is known for her historical novels and romances, including her debut novel Ann of Cambray. She also wrote detective fiction featuring the character John Reynolds, a former police inspector turned novelist.
