Mary Billingsley

Mary Billingsley was born and educated in Darien, CT, where she took art courses at the Silvermine Guild of Artists during high school. She studied at Washington University School of Fine Arts in St. Louis for her freshman and sophomore years, then at Syracuse University School of Art as a painting major, earning her BFA, followed by an MFA from Boston University School of Fine and Applied Arts. She taught painting and drawing courses at the Creative Arts Workshop in New Haven.[1]
