Martina Muller
Martina Angela Müller is a multidisciplinary artist, educator, and author born in 1962 in Korbach, Germany, known for her atmospheric abstract color paintings, sculptures, and colored light installations rooted in meditation and visionary experiences.[2][4] She studied art and English at Ruhruniversität Bochum, Germany, Emerson College, England, and Empire State University, NY, and has taught art at Hawthorne Valley Waldorf School while co-founding the Alkion Center for Adult Education.[2][4] Müller recently authored the book 'Hilma af Klint: The Infinite and the Divine' and maintains her studio in Ghent, NY, where she lives and works since 1996.[2][5]
