Martin S. Kenzer

Martin S. Kenzer is a prominent geographer and professor known for his leadership in the field, including serving as editor of Geographers: Bibliographical Studies (14 volumes) and the History of Geography Journal, as well as Archivist for the Association of American Geographers. He earned his Ph.D. from McMaster University, taught at Louisiana State University, and has an outstanding publication record with authored books like Concepts in Human Geography and On Becoming a Professional Geographer, numerous articles, and over 150 book reviews. Kenzer is currently writing a definitive History of Geography in North America.
