Martin Lings

Martin Lings was an English writer, Islamic scholar, and philosopher known for his acclaimed biography 'Muhammad: His Life Based on the Earliest Sources' and his expertise in Sufism and Shakespeare. He was a leading member of the Traditionalist or Perennialist school and a devoted student of the Swiss metaphysician Frithjof Schuon.
