Martin Guggenheim

Martin Guggenheim, born May 29, 1946, in New York, NY, is a Clinical Professor emeritus of Law at NYU School of Law and one of the nation's foremost experts on children's rights and family law. He has taught at NYU since 1973 and is the author of seven books on children and parents, including What's Wrong with Children's Rights (2005).
