Martin Feldstein
Martin Feldstein was an American economist and longtime Harvard professor whose work shaped modern thinking on taxation, social insurance, public finance, macroeconomics, and international economics. He served as president of the National Bureau of Economic Research and chaired President Ronald Reagan’s Council of Economic Advisers from 1982 to 1984.
