Martin Clunes

Alexander Martin Clunes (born 28 November 1961) is a British actor, comedian, director, and television presenter best known for portraying Gary Strang in the BBC sitcom Men Behaving Badly and Martin Ellingham in the ITV comedy-drama Doc Martin.[1][2][4] Born into a theatrical family in Wimbledon, London, with his father Alec Clunes being a notable actor, he has also narrated documentaries like Islands of Britain and presented animal-focused programs.[1][3][4] Appointed OBE in 2015 for services to drama, charity, and the community in Dorset, he resides there with his family.[4]
