Martha Hall Foose

Martha Hall Foose is an American chef and cookbook author from Mississippi, known for Southern cooking rooted in the Mississippi Delta.[1][2] She has served as executive chef of the Viking Cooking School, opened notable bakeries in Mississippi, and is the author of James Beard Award-winning and bestselling cookbooks including *Screen Doors & Sweet Tea*.[2][3]
