Marshall B. Rosenberg PhD

Marshall B. Rosenberg PhD was an American psychologist, mediator, and author best known as the founder of Nonviolent Communication (NVC), a process for fostering compassionate dialogue and resolving conflict. He developed NVC based on his experiences with violence in inner‑city Detroit and his work with civil rights activists, later teaching it in over 60 countries and in war‑torn regions around the world.
