Mark Russinovich

Mark Russinovich is a Spanish-born American software engineer, author, and technical executive best known as the CTO of Microsoft Azure. He co-founded Winternals, later acquired by Microsoft, and has written both technical books on Windows internals and cybersecurity thrillers.
