Mark Lee Gardner
Mark Lee Gardner is an acclaimed American author and historian specializing in the history of the American West, with award-winning books including *To Hell on a Fast Horse*, *Shot All to Hell*, *Rough Riders*, and *The Earth Is All That Lasts*.
