Mark J. Quann, founder and CEO of The Perfect Portfolio—a division of REMii Group, Inc.—launched his company in 2019 to teach the 'Buy, Borrow, Die' strategy for wealth-building and tax avoidance, inspired by ultra-wealthy methods. Growing up in a blue-collar family in Canada with a brick mason father and stay-at-home mother, he moved to California in 1999 pursuing the American Dream and is now based in Knoxville, TN.
