Mark Dalliston

Mark Dalliston is an orthopaedic and spinal surgeon who completed training in general surgery, paediatric and adult orthopaedics, and traumatology in Greece and the UK, earning an MD Diploma and PhD from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He worked at institutions including Queen’s Medical Centre and Harlow Wood Orthopaedic Hospital in the UK, and served as Director of the Orthopaedic and Traumatology Department at Tzaneio General Hospital of Piraeus, Greece, for 12 years before retiring in 2021 after 35 years in the Hellenic National Health System. He has authored or edited 9 books, including on scoliogeny and scoliosis management, and is currently working to establish the Hellenic Scoliosis Foundation.
