Marilyn Thomas is an author whose works include *Church, City, and Labyrinth in Bronte, Dickens, Hardy, and Butor*, *Victorian Conscience: F. W. Robertson*, *The Diary: Sex, Death, and God in the Affairs of a Victorian Cleric*, *I Sang in My Chains: A Memoir*, and the novelette *My Buddy*.
