Marilyn J. Berger

Marilyn J. Berger is an emeritus professor of law at Seattle University School of Law, where she serves as Director of the Comprehensive Trial Advocacy Program and the Films for Justice Institute, and has been a visiting professor at institutions including South Bank Polytechnic in London and Kyoto University in Japan.[1][5] She co-authored the book 'Pretrial Advocacy: Planning, Analysis, and Strategy' and produced the documentary 'Out of the Ashes: 9/11' about 9/11 families' experiences with the Victim Compensation Fund.[1][5]
