Marian Fowler

Marian Fowler (1929–2020) was a Canadian literary scholar and biographer best known for her biographies of women and other historical figures. She taught English literature at York University before becoming a full-time writer, and her books include Redney: A Life of Sara Jeannette Duncan, Below the Peacock Fan, and In a Gilded Cage.
