Maria Gieysztor de Gorgey

Maria Gieysztor de Gorgey was a writer and cookbook author from a prominent Polish-Lithuanian family. She is best known for 'Art of Lithuanian Cooking,' a well-known collection of authentic Lithuanian recipes, and also translated works about the Polish Highlands.
