Margrit Hall
Margrit Hall (correctly Margit Dagmar Hall) was a pioneering Swedish architect and furniture designer, recognized as the first woman to qualify as an architect as an ordinary student in Sweden after graduating from Chalmers Technical Institute in 1922. She was also the first woman to take the architect examination at Chalmers and the first woman architecture student at the institute in Gothenburg. Hall died of cancer at the age of 35 on May 30, 1937, in Bispgården.
