Margret Hughes
Margaret Hughes (1 October 1919 – 30 January 2005) was an English sportswriter who dedicated 18 years of her career to The Guardian as a personal finance editor and oversaw the Jobs and Money section[1][5]. She is sometimes confused with Mary Margaret Hughes, a multidisciplinary artist and performer, or the 17th-century actress Margaret Hughes, but the sportswriter is the most documented author under this name[1][2][3].
