Margaret S. Pearle
Margaret S. Pearle, MD, PhD, is a Professor with joint appointments in the Department of Urology and the Mineral Metabolism Center at UT Southwestern Medical Center, where she holds the Ralph C. Smith Distinguished Chair in Urologic Education. She specializes in medical and surgical treatment of kidney stones, with research interests in dietary and medical therapies for stone prevention, outcomes of minimally invasive surgical treatments, and resident teaching tools. Dr. Pearle received her medical degree from the University of Chicago, completed her residency at Northwestern University Medical Center, and pursued a fellowship at Washington University School of Medicine.[1][2][5]
