Margaret Grieve

Margaret Grieve (1858-1941) was a British herbalist and author best known for her seminal work 'A Modern Herbal,' a comprehensive two-volume encyclopedia of medicinal plants published in 1931. She founded the Old School of Herbal Treatment in Chalfont St. Peter, England, and established an herb farm and school to teach herbalism.
