Marcie Rothman

Marcie Rothman is a UCLA alumna, chef, cookbook author, and food media personality best known as the founder of the Rothman Family Institute for Food Studies at UCLA and as "The $5 Chef." Her work has centered on food studies, culinary education, and supporting students and faculty at UCLA.
