Marc Brown
Marc Tolon Brown is an American author and illustrator best known for creating the Arthur book series, which began with Arthur's Nose in 1976 as a bedtime story for his son and has sold over 65 million copies worldwide. The series inspired an Emmy Award-winning PBS television show broadcast in over 100 countries. He graduated from the Cleveland Institute of Art in 1969 and has illustrated other children's books like Wild About Books.
