Malcolm McConnell

Malcolm McConnell (1939 – September 26, 2020) was an American author who wrote or co-authored twenty-four to twenty-nine books, many on military subjects.[1][4] Notable works include the #1 New York Times bestseller American Soldier with General Tommy Franks and My Year in Iraq with L. Paul Bremer III.[1][2] Before writing, he served as a U.S. Foreign Service officer and attended the University of Wisconsin, later living near Queenstown, Maryland.[1]
