Maia Heyck-Merlin

Maia Heyck-Merlin is the founder and CEO of The Together Group, a consulting practice focused on training educators in time management, prioritization, organization, and efficiency, which she established in 2007.[1][2] She is the author of three popular books on balancing systems with spontaneity and a sought-after trainer in education and nonprofit settings.[3] Her career includes roles at Achievement First as Chief Talent Officer and Chief Operating Officer, various positions at Teach For America, and starting as a Teach For America corps member teaching fourth grade in South Louisiana, where she was named Teacher of the Year.[2]
