Mahuya Bandyopadhyay

Dr. Mahuya Bandyopadhyay is an Indian scholar and faculty member in Humanities and Social Sciences at IIT Delhi, known for research on prisons in India and the everyday lives of prisoners. Her work also engages sociology of organisations, law, crime and punishment, and gender and masculinities, and she has taught at the University of Delhi and Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.
