Lynda Mugglestone

Lynda Mugglestone is a Professor of the History of English at the University of Oxford and a Fellow and Tutor in English Language and Literature at Pembroke College. She is a renowned scholar and author, best known for editing 'The Oxford History of English' and for her work on the history of lexicography and the OED pioneers. Her research often explores the evolution of English language, war of words, and the cultural history of linguistic scholarship.
