Luis Puelles MD PhD is a Spanish neuroembryologist and anatomist, known for his work in neuroanatomy and comparative brain development. He is an emeritus professor of neuroanatomy at the University of Murcia and has also been affiliated with the IMIB research institute in Murcia.
