Lucy Cousins
Elizabeth 'Lucy' Cousins (born 1964) is a British author and illustrator best known for her children's books featuring the character Maisy Mouse, published from the 1990s onwards and adapted into a TV series. She studied graphic design at Brighton Polytechnic and the Royal College of Art, and her vibrant books for preschoolers have sold over 27 million copies in 27 languages. Cousins has also created other works like Jazzy in the Jungle and lives in England.
