Lucasta Miller

Lucasta Frances Elizabeth Miller FRSL (born 5 June 1966) is an English writer, critic, and literary journalist specializing in nineteenth-century literary history. She is best known for her influential books *The Brontë Myth* (2001), a study of the Brontë sisters’ afterlives, *L.E.L.: The Lost Life and Mysterious Death of the ‘Female Byron’* (2019), and *Keats: A Brief Life in Nine Poems and One Epitaph*. A former visiting scholar at Oxford and honorary research fellow at UCL, she has contributed to publications like the Guardian, Financial Times, and Spectator.[1][2][4][5]
