Luana K. Mitten is the founding editor and CEO of BeaLu Books, which she established to bring the joy of quality books to children. She started her career as a teacher, guiding kindergarten and first-grade students through their first encounters with written language, and has devoted her work to helping children fall in love with reading.[1][2]
