Lloyd Motz

Lloyd Motz was an American astronomer born on June 5, 1909, in Susquehanna, Pennsylvania, who dedicated his life to unraveling the mysteries of the cosmos[1][3]. He graduated from the City College of New York in 1930 and earned a Ph.D. in physics from Columbia University in 1936[2]. Motz passed away on March 14, 2004, in New York City[1].
