Liza Woodruff
Liza Woodruff is a children's book author and illustrator who grew up in Bristol, Rhode Island, as the youngest of three children in a family where her mother was a librarian and her father a high school chemistry and biology teacher. She earned a BA in art and French, followed by a degree in illustration from the Art Institute of Boston, and has illustrated twenty-four books while authoring titles like 'Emerson Barks' (2016), 'A Quieter Story' (2019), 'Once Upon a Winter Day' (2020), and 'Phil's Big Day' (2024). She now lives in Vermont between the Green Mountains and Lake Champlain.
